You're hired Programme
This is a new programme TLE have unveiled aimed at getting those seeking employment into a workplace. This programme is specifically designed to help people unable to find a job due to lack of skills, knowledge or support. We look at addressing those skill areas which are lacking where we then provide individuals with skills training, employability training and then moving onto gaining employment (job support).

What's covered in this programme?
The programme includes an initial assessment and training which is followed by support from our TLE employment team. This covers careers advice, skills training, job coaching and in work mentor support, this is a brief outline of the steps we take:

- Completion of Skills Programme
- Job Support
The Employment Team
The employment team is responsible for guiding the learner through the journey of applying for jobs helping them to achieve successful outcomes from their applications. This will include the help of personalising CVs created by your employability advisor, help with completing applications, job searches & presenting live vacancies, also supporting the learner throughout their interview preparation. Once the learner has gained employment we are still here to monitor the welfare in the situated workplace.
Elegibility Requirements
If you've only just started to claim benefits you have nothing to worry about, that's one of the great things about this programme and TLE are the only providers with a project like this. All participants must be eligible for funding as a first point of guidance, thereafter the individual must meet the below eligibility guidelines which are:
- All individuals must be unemployed, 19+ and recieving state benefits and actively seeking employment
- All participants must reside in the UK and be able to work in the UK
